Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver Non Custom mobiles to every city in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Abbottabad and smaller towns, through trusted courier partners.

How long does delivery take?

• Delivery time: 48–72 hours after advance payment, all over Pakistan.
• Orders confirmed on Friday or Sunday may take up to 12 extra hours.
• Remote areas can take one extra day depending on the courier route.

Tracking your phone

Once your phone is dispatched, the courier tracking number appears on our Track Order page. Enter your order ID to see the status at any time.

Packing

Every phone is checked and dispatched in its box inside a sealed, padded parcel.

Paying the balance

You pay 50% advance when you order. The remaining 50% is paid to the courier before the parcel is handed over. Cash on delivery for the full amount is not available.

If something is wrong

Check the phone when it arrives. If there is an undisclosed hardware fault, report it within the 7-day checking warranty (see Return & Refund Policy).
