Thin and light phones are usually expensive, but the X8 manages it at a budget level. At about 7.45 mm and 177 g, it slides into a pocket easily and looks more premium than its price. It is one of the style-focused models of the Honor X Series (Honor X Series phones).
The 6.7-inch Full HD+ screen has slim bezels and a 90Hz refresh rate, giving a sharp, smooth picture for videos and social media. The Snapdragon 680 chip handles day-to-day tasks without trouble and runs cool, though gaming should stay at low to medium settings.
The rear has a 64MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide, a 2MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor. Daylight images are detailed and the ultra-wide is welcome for groups. The 16MP front camera is a highlight for the price, producing clear selfies for Instagram and TikTok.
The trade-off for the slim design is a smaller 4000mAh battery. It gets most people through a normal day, but heavy users may need a top-up in the evening; 22.5W charging helps there.
This is the international Non PTA variant, delivered in box pack. Wi-Fi and every feature work; a local SIM works only for a limited time unless you register the phone with PTA and pay the tax.
