The C20 is an entry-level phone in the Realme C series (Realme C Series phones) meant for people who need the basics and long battery life. It is a sensible choice for a child's first phone, an elderly parent, or a backup handset for calls and WhatsApp.
The 6.5-inch HD+ display is big and clear enough for reading messages and watching YouTube. The MediaTek Helio G35 with 2GB RAM handles simple apps one at a time. Heavy apps and games will be slow, and switching between many apps causes reloads, so it is best kept for light use.
On the back there is a single 8MP camera, which takes usable photos in good daylight. The 5MP front camera works for video calls. There is no fingerprint sensor; you unlock with face unlock or a PIN.
The 5000mAh battery is the main reason to buy it. With light use it can easily last two days. Charging is slow at 10W through micro-USB, so overnight charging is the best habit. A headphone jack and a dedicated microSD slot help since internal storage is only 32GB.
Our unit is Non PTA, meaning it is not registered with PTA's DIRBS. A local SIM works only for a limited time unless you register the phone and pay the PTA tax. Wi-Fi and every other feature work normally. Explore Realme mobiles (Realme prices), mobiles under 15000 (Under 15k), and our guide on what a Non PTA mobile is (What Is a Non PTA Mobile?
