iPhone 15 Pro Max vs Galaxy S24 Ultra
Short answer: pick the Galaxy S24 Ultra if you want the S Pen, a 200MP camera with both 3x and 5x zoom, a brighter anti-reflective screen, 45W charging and seven years of updates. Pick the iPhone 15 Pro Max if you want better video, iOS, a lighter titanium body, Apple Intelligence and strong resale value. Both are titanium flagships with 5x zoom; the choice mostly comes down to iPhone vs Android.

Design and build
Both use titanium frames and IP68. The iPhone 15 Pro Max weighs 221 g, has rounded edges, a matte glass back, Ceramic Shield front and the Action button. The S24 Ultra weighs 232 g, has a flat screen with squarer corners, Corning Gorilla Armor glass and a built-in S Pen.
Gorilla Armor is anti-reflective, which really helps outdoors. The S Pen is useful for notes, signatures on documents and precise photo editing.
Display
The iPhone 15 Pro Max has a 6.7 inch LTPO Super Retina XDR OLED at 1290 x 2796, 1-120Hz, with Always-On display, Dynamic Island and up to 2000 nits outdoors. The S24 Ultra has a 6.8 inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X at QHD+ (1440 x 3120), 120Hz, with up to 2600 nits peak.
Both screens are excellent. The Samsung is sharper and brighter, and its anti-reflective glass makes it easier to see in direct sun.
Performance and chipset
The iPhone uses the A17 Pro (3 nm, 6-core GPU with hardware ray tracing). The S24 Ultra uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy (4 nm, Adreno 750) in every market.
Both handle any game or app easily. The S24 Ultra stays cool well in long gaming sessions; the A17 Pro can run console games such as Resident Evil but may get warm. Samsung also offers split screen and DeX for desktop-style work.
Cameras
The iPhone 15 Pro Max has a 48MP main, 12MP ultra-wide and 12MP 5x tetraprism telephoto. The S24 Ultra has a 200MP main, 12MP ultra-wide, 50MP 5x periscope and 10MP 3x telephoto. Both have a 12MP front camera.
For zoom flexibility and detail, the Samsung leads, and its 10x hybrid shots are very good. For video, the iPhone is better, with very consistent colours, ProRes and spatial video. The S24 Ultra can record 8K 30fps. Samsung photos look brighter; iPhone photos look more natural.
Battery and charging
The iPhone 15 Pro Max has a 4441 mAh battery, charges to about 50% in 30 minutes with a 20W adapter and supports 15W MagSafe and Qi2. The S24 Ultra has a 5000 mAh battery with 45W wired and 15W wireless charging. Both use USB-C.
Both easily last a full day; the Samsung charges faster with a 45W adapter. On a used iPhone, check battery health; see our iPhone battery health guide (iPhone Battery Health: How to Check It and What Is Normal).

Non PTA and SIM notes in Pakistan
Our iPhone 15 Pro Max units are used Non PTA phones with original IMEIs and 95–99% battery health shown on the page. Our Galaxy S24 Ultra stock is Non Custom box pack. A Non PTA phone is not registered with PTA's DIRBS, so a local SIM works only for a limited time unless you register it and pay the PTA tax. Wi-Fi and all features work normally.
SIM setup depends on the variant: the S24 Ultra has a nano-SIM plus eSIM. US iPhone 15 Pro Max units are eSIM only; most others have nano-SIM plus eSIM. Ask us which variant is in stock before ordering.
