What box pack really means

In the Pakistani market, box pack means the phone is new, has not been used, and comes in its own retail box rather than being sold loose, as a kit or as a refurbished unit. Sellers sometimes stretch the term, which is why we explain it clearly on our guide, Box pack mobile meaning (Box Pack Mobile Meaning in Pakistan).

Our stock is Non Custom box pack. That means the phone is a new international variant in its retail packaging, and it is not registered with PTA. The registration point is covered on the Non PTA mobiles page (Non PTA Mobiles).

One exception: our iPhone 11 to 15 series stock is not box pack. Those are used Non PTA units, and each of their pages lists the battery health. Only the iPhone 16 and 17 series iPhones are box pack.

What you should find in the box

Box contents depend on the brand and the country the variant was made for, not on the seller: - Apple iPhones from the iPhone 12 onwards ship with a cable only, no charger and no earphones - Samsung Galaxy S and most A series phones now ship with a cable only - Infinix, Tecno, Xiaomi, Realme and many Honor phones usually include a charger, and often a soft case - Google Pixel phones include a cable and, in recent years, no charger

Each model page lists what comes with the international variant we sell, so there are no surprises when you open the parcel.

How to check a box pack phone on arrival

Use the 7-day checking warranty properly. Check that the IMEI on the box matches the IMEI in the phone settings (dial *#06#). Look at the screen for dead pixels, test both speakers, all cameras, the charging port and the fingerprint sensor. On iPhones, open Settings to check battery health and parts history. Popular box pack models

Some of the most requested box pack phones are the iPhone 16 Pro Max (iPhone 16 Pro Max), Galaxy S24 Ultra (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra), Pixel 9 Pro XL (Google Pixel 9 Pro XL), Redmi Note 13 Pro (Redmi Note 13 Pro) and Infinix Note 40 Pro (Infinix Note 40 Pro). Orders need a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% paid to the courier. There is no cash on delivery and no installment plan, and delivery takes 48–72 hours after the advance.

Box pack, used and refurbished compared

Buyers often mix up three conditions: - Box pack: new, unused, in the original retail box with the variant's accessories - Used: owned and used before. Condition varies, and on iPhones battery health is the key number - Refurbished: repaired or reconditioned, sometimes with replacement parts, and often in a plain box

We label each listing clearly. Android phones and the iPhone 16 and 17 series are box pack. Our iPhone 11 to 15 series units are used Non PTA phones, and each page lists the battery health so you know exactly what you are getting. If a deal elsewhere looks too good for a sealed phone, check the box seal, the IMEI match and, on iPhones, Settings > General > About for any parts messages.
