The POCO F4 GT is POCO's gaming special. Its standout feature is a pair of magnetic pop-up shoulder triggers on the side. Slide a switch and they rise up, giving you physical L and R buttons like a game controller. In PUBG, Call of Duty and other shooters, this makes aiming and firing much easier than tapping the screen. When folded, they disappear into the frame.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 was Qualcomm's 2022 flagship chip, and with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage it runs every game at high settings. A large vapour-chamber cooling system helps manage heat during long sessions, and the aluminium frame feels sturdy.
The 6.67-inch OLED is Full HD+ at 120Hz with a high touch sampling rate for quick response. Four speakers tuned with JBL give loud, immersive sound. The 64MP main camera takes decent photos but has no OIS; the 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro are basic.
The 4700mAh battery charges with a 120W adapter in around 17 minutes. Charging uses an L-shaped USB-C cable so it does not get in the way while gaming in landscape. There is no headphone jack and no IP rating. It sits in the POCO series (POCO phones). The phone we sell is the Non PTA international box pack.
