The Smart 8 HD is a lower-cost sibling of the Smart 8 within the Infinix Smart series (Infinix Smart phones). It shares the same key hardware, the Unisoc T606 chip, a 90Hz screen and a 5000mAh battery, but it is sold mainly with 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage, which keeps the price down.
Some older listings show the Helio A22, an 8MP camera and a 5MP selfie camera for this phone, but the Smart 8 HD actually uses the Unisoc T606 with a 13MP main camera and an 8MP front camera. That makes it far quicker than the Helio A22 phones it replaces.
The 6.6 inch HD+ IPS display runs at 90Hz, making menus and social feeds feel smooth. The T606's two Cortex-A75 cores keep WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook and online classes running without much lag, and Android 13 Go edition is designed to stay light on limited RAM. A microSD slot lets you add more space for photos and videos.
The 13MP main camera takes decent photos in good light, and the 8MP selfie camera is clear enough for video calls. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor unlocks quickly.
The 5000mAh battery lasts a full day, often more, with 10W charging over USB-C.
We sell the Non PTA international variant in box pack condition. Wi-Fi and every feature work normally; a local SIM works only for a limited time unless the phone is registered with PTA and the tax is paid.
