iPhone 14 Pro Max vs iPhone 14 Pro
Short answer: the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max have the same A16 Bionic, the same 48MP triple camera, Dynamic Island and the same Always-On ProMotion display technology. The Pro Max has a bigger 6.7 inch screen and a much bigger 4323 mAh battery (vs 3200 mAh). Choose the Pro Max for battery life and screen size; choose the 14 Pro for a lighter Pro iPhone.

Design and build
Both use a stainless steel frame, textured matte glass back, Ceramic Shield front and IP68, in Space Black, Silver, Gold and Deep Purple. The 14 Pro measures 147.5 x 71.5 x 7.85 mm and weighs 206 g. The 14 Pro Max measures 160.7 x 77.6 x 7.85 mm and weighs 240 g.
The 14 Pro is easier to use with one hand and fits small pockets. The Pro Max feels heavy over long periods but gives you a lot more screen.
Display
Both use an LTPO Super Retina XDR OLED with ProMotion (1-120Hz), Always-On display, Dynamic Island and up to 2000 nits outdoors. The 14 Pro has a 6.1 inch screen at 1179 x 2556; the Pro Max has 6.7 inches at 1290 x 2796.
Quality is the same. The bigger screen is better for videos, games and reading; the smaller one is easier for typing with one thumb.
Performance and chipset
Both use the A16 Bionic (4 nm) with a 6-core CPU and 5-core GPU, so speed is the same in every app and game.
The larger Pro Max body can hold heat a little better in long gaming sessions, which can help in hot Pakistani summers, but in normal use there is no difference.
Cameras
The cameras are identical: 48MP main, 12MP ultra-wide and 12MP 3x telephoto on the back, plus a 12MP autofocus front camera. Both record 4K 60fps Dolby Vision, ProRes and Cinematic mode in 4K, with Action mode for steady video.
Whichever size you choose, you get exactly the same photos and videos.
Battery and charging
This is the real difference. The 14 Pro has a 3200 mAh battery; the Pro Max has 4323 mAh, about 35% more. The Pro Max comfortably lasts a heavy day with the Always-On display on; the 14 Pro may need a top-up by evening for heavy users.
Both charge to about 50% in 30 minutes with a 20W adapter and support 15W MagSafe over Lightning. For used units, read our iPhone battery health guide (iPhone Battery Health: How to Check It and What Is Normal).

Non PTA and SIM notes in Pakistan
Our iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max units are used Non PTA phones with original IMEIs, checked before dispatch, with 95–99% battery health shown on the page. A Non PTA iPhone is not registered with PTA's DIRBS, so a local SIM works only for a limited time unless you register it and pay the PTA tax. Wi-Fi and every other feature work normally. Learn how to check PTA status (How to Check PTA Status of Any Mobile Phone).
Check the variant: US units of both phones are eSIM only, while most other variants have a nano-SIM plus eSIM. Every order comes with a 7-day checking warranty.
