Box Pack Mobile Meaning in Pakistan
A box pack mobile is a brand new phone sold in its original sealed retail box, with the accessories the brand ships in that region. It has never been activated or used. In Pakistan the term separates new phones from open box, refurbished, used and 'kit' phones sold without a box. A box pack phone can be PTA approved or Non PTA; box pack describes its condition, not its registration status.

What box pack means
In the Pakistani mobile market, 'box pack' simply means new and sealed. The phone comes in the brand's retail box, with protective film, the original accessories and the label showing model, storage, colour and IMEI. It has not been switched on by a previous owner, and on iPhones the serial should show as not yet activated on Apple's coverage page.
Sellers also say 'brand new', 'seal pack' or 'BNIB' (brand new in box) for the same thing.
Box pack vs open box vs refurbished vs kit
These words describe very different phones: - Box pack: new and sealed, never used - Open box: the box has been opened, for example for display, testing or a return; the phone may be nearly unused but is no longer sealed - Refurbished: a used or faulty phone that was repaired and tested, sometimes with replaced parts - Used / second hand: owned and used before; condition varies - Kit: a phone sold without its box or accessories, often used or refurbished
Prices follow the same order, from highest for box pack to lowest for kit. Problems start when an open box, refurbished or kit phone is resealed and sold as box pack.
Box pack is not the same as PTA approved
Box pack is about condition. PTA status is about registration. A box pack phone can be: - PTA approved: imported officially, IMEI registered in DIRBS, works with any SIM permanently - Non PTA / Non Custom: an international variant that has not been registered; Wi-Fi and every feature work, and a local SIM works for a limited time unless you register the phone and pay the PTA tax set by FBR

What comes in the box
Box contents depend on the brand and the region the phone was made for: - Recent iPhones: the phone and a USB-C cable; no charger or EarPods - Samsung Galaxy S and many A models: the phone, a USB-C cable and a SIM tool; most do not include a charger - Many Xiaomi, Infinix, Tecno, Realme and Oppo phones: often include a charger and sometimes a basic case, but this varies by model and region
Because our phones are international variants, the box is the one sold in that market. If a charger matters to you, check the model page or ask us before ordering.
International variant differences to know
A box pack phone from one country can differ slightly from the same model in another: - SIM: US iPhones from the iPhone 14 onwards are eSIM only; many other regions keep a physical SIM tray. Some Android models come in single SIM and dual SIM versions - Chipset: some Samsung Galaxy S models use Exynos in some regions and Snapdragon in others - Plug: the included charger, if any, may have a UK, EU or US plug - Language and setup: all variants offer English and normally Urdu keyboard support

How to check a box pack phone
When the phone arrives: - Check the seal, the box condition and that the printing is sharp - Match the IMEI on the box with *#06# and Settings - Look for the protective film and clean, unused accessories - On iPhone, check battery health is 100% and, on iPhone 15 and newer, the cycle count is zero or very low - On iPhone, enter the serial at checkcoverage.apple.com - Send the IMEI to 8484 to see the PTA status

Why buy box pack
A box pack phone gives you a fresh battery, no hidden repairs, a clean body and the full life of the phone ahead of you. It is also easier to sell later, because buyers trust a phone with its original box and matching IMEI. For iPhones and Samsung flagships, where repairs are expensive, starting with a new unit avoids surprises such as non-genuine screens or batteries.
If budget is tight, a box pack budget phone is often a better choice than a used flagship of unknown history.
Ordering box pack phones from us
Our Android phones and our iPhone 16 and 17 series are Non Custom box pack. Our iPhone 11 to 15 series are used Non PTA units with 95–99% battery health, not box pack. Orders need a 30% advance, and the remaining 70% is paid to the courier on delivery. There is no cash on delivery and no installment plan. Delivery takes 48–72 hours after the advance payment, to any city in Pakistan, and every phone has a 7-day checking warranty.
