The itel P65 is for students and young buyers who want a modern-looking phone with a smooth screen and plenty of RAM on a tight budget. It is a 2024 model in itel's P Series (itel prices) and follows the itel P55 (itel P55) with a bigger 120Hz screen, a newer chip and a slimmer body.
The 6.7-inch IPS LCD has HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, so scrolling and menus feel smooth. At 7.9 mm thick and about 192 g, the phone is slim and comfortable to hold. Inside is the Unisoc T615, a 12 nm octa-core chip with two Cortex-A75 cores at 1.8 GHz, paired with 8GB RAM, 128GB storage and a microSD slot. Android 14 with itel OS 14 runs everyday apps well, and casual games and PUBG Mobile on low settings are playable.
The 50MP main camera has a bright f/1.6 lens, an LED flash and 1080p video. Daylight photos look sharp for this level. The 8MP front camera is fine for selfies and video calls. The 5000mAh battery lasts a full day of normal use. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor and 3.5 mm headphone jack are included.
