The itel S25 is for style-conscious buyers who want a thin phone with a bright AMOLED screen and good selfies without paying mid-range money. It is a newer model in itel's S Series (itel prices) and replaces the itel S24 (itel S24) with an AMOLED panel and a much slimmer body.
The 6.78-inch AMOLED has Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1800 nits peak brightness. That makes it sharp, smooth and readable outdoors, a big step up from the HD+ LCDs on most itel phones. The body is only 7.3 mm thick, weighs about 185 g and is IP54 rated against dust and splashes. Inside is the Unisoc T620 (12 nm) with Cortex-A75 cores at up to 2.2 GHz. It handles social media, streaming and online classes smoothly, and casual games run fine.
The 32MP front camera gives clear selfies and video calls. On the back, a 50MP f/1.6 main camera with autofocus and a ring-shaped LED flash takes detailed daylight shots. The 5000mAh battery lasts a full day, with 18W charging and bypass charging, which powers the phone directly while gaming plugged in to reduce heat.
Note: itel sells this model with different RAM amounts in some markets, so please confirm the exact version in stock with us. Our unit is the PTA Patch Approved international variant, box packed. This phone is PTA Patch Approved, so a local SIM works. Browse more AMOLED mobiles (AMOLED Mobiles) or read our PTA guide (How to Check PTA Status of Any Mobile Phone).
