The CMF Phone 1 is made for students and first-time buyers who want a good-looking 5G phone without spending much. CMF is Nothing's budget sub-brand, and this phone's party trick is its back cover, which you can unscrew and swap. The corner dial can also hold accessories such as a lanyard, stand or card case, sold separately.
The 6.67-inch Super AMOLED screen is a big plus at this level, with 120Hz smoothness and bright, punchy colours for videos and social media. The Dimensity 7300 is a 4 nm chip that feels quick in everyday use and runs PUBG Mobile well at balanced settings. Nothing OS keeps things clean, with no ads or pre-installed junk apps.
The 50MP main camera takes good daylight photos with natural colours, while the second sensor only helps with depth for portraits; there is no ultra-wide. The 16MP front camera is fine for selfies and video calls. The 5000mAh battery is a highlight and lasts well over a day for light users, with 33W wired charging. The IP52 rating only covers light splashes, so keep it dry. Our unit is the Non Custom international variant in box pack condition. This phone is PTA Patch Approved, so a local SIM works. Wi-Fi and all other features work normally. Browse other Nothing models on our Nothing mobiles (Nothing / CMF prices) page.
