The OPPO A77 (4G) is a stylish budget phone with a slim 8 mm body and flat edges. It comes in two bright finishes, Sky Blue and Sunset Orange, which use OPPO's glow design for a shiny, colourful look that stands out from plain budget phones.
The main camera is a 50MP sensor paired with a 2MP depth sensor. Daylight photos are crisp and detailed, and portrait mode works reasonably well. The 8MP front camera is fine for video calls and casual selfies.
The 6.56-inch HD+ LCD is large, though limited to 60Hz. The MediaTek Helio G35 covers everyday tasks like WhatsApp, YouTube and browsing; heavy games are not its strength. With 4GB RAM and up to 128GB storage plus microSD support, there is decent room for photos and apps.
The 5000mAh battery lasts more than a day, and 33W SUPERVOOC charging means a full charge in about 75 minutes. Dual stereo speakers make videos more enjoyable, and you also get a side fingerprint sensor and a headphone jack. Note that the OPPO A77 5G is a different phone with a Dimensity chip; the A77s (OPPO A77s) is a faster 4G sibling with a Snapdragon 680. It belongs to the OPPO A series (OPPO A Series phones). What we deliver is the PTA Patch Approved international box pack. This phone is PTA Patch Approved, so a local SIM works.
