Yes, the iPhone 18 has launched, but not every model at once. Apple announced the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and its first foldable, the iPhone Duo, on 9 September 2026. The two Pro models went on sale on 18 September 2026 and the iPhone Duo followed on 23 October 2026. The plain iPhone 18, the cheaper iPhone 18e and the iPhone Air 2 are not out yet; reports say they will come in spring 2027. This guide explains what is available in Pakistan now as Non PTA box pack, what changed from the iPhone 17, and who should buy now or wait.

So if you searched "iphone 18 has launched or not", the answer is: the Pro models and the foldable are out, the cheaper models are coming next year. You can order the iPhone 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max and iPhone Duo from us today as Non Custom / Non PTA (Box Pack).
Why Apple split the iPhone 18 launch
For many years Apple released four new iPhones every September. With the iPhone 18 family it changed the plan. The expensive models (18 Pro, 18 Pro Max and the new foldable) came in autumn 2026, and the cheaper models moved to spring 2027. Reports from Bloomberg say the standard iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e will be shown together with the iPhone Air 2 in early 2027. Apple has not confirmed these dates, so treat them as expected, not final. When they launch, we will add them to our iPhone 18 series (iPhone 18 Series phones) page.
iPhone 18 release date in Pakistan
Apple does not run its own store in Pakistan, so there is no separate Pakistan launch day. New iPhones reach Pakistan as international box pack stock within days of the global sale date. That is why the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max were available here from late September 2026, and the iPhone Duo from late October 2026. Supply of the iPhone Duo is tight worldwide: Apple's own delivery dates in the USA moved into January 2027 soon after pre-orders opened, so stock can come in small batches. If a colour or storage is not available, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you the next batch date.
Non PTA box pack availability
We sell the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and iPhone Duo as Non Custom / Non PTA (Box Pack): brand new, sealed, factory unlocked, with original IMEI numbers. Wi-Fi, iCloud, App Store, iMessage, FaceTime and iOS updates all work normally.
A local SIM works for a limited time under DIRBS rules. For long-term SIM use you register the phone and pay the PTA tax set by FBR, and the tax is higher on expensive phones like these. Read PTA tax on iPhone 18 (PTA Tax on iPhone 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max and iPhone Duo in Pakistan (2026)) for the reported passport and CNIC amounts, PTA tax on mobile phones (PTA Tax on Mobile Phones: How It Is Calculated and Paid) and how to register a mobile with PTA (How to Register Your Mobile with PTA (DIRBS Guide)) before you decide.
SIM type matters. The iPhone Duo is eSIM only in every country. The 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max are eSIM only in the USA, Canada, Japan, Mexico and some other markets, while other regions keep a physical SIM tray. Check the variant on the model page or ask us before you order.
What changed vs iPhone 17
Compared with the iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max (iPhone 17 Pro Max), the iPhone 18 Pro models bring: - A20 Pro chip on a 2nm process; Apple claims up to 20% faster CPU and up to 40% faster graphics than the A19 Pro - A 48MP main camera with a variable aperture for the first time, so you can control background blur and light - A redesigned Dynamic Island - Longer battery: Apple rates the 18 Pro Max at up to 45 hours of video, the longest of any iPhone so far, and about 50% charge in 15 minutes with a 60W adapter - A vapor chamber with about three times the surface area, for less heat while gaming - Apple's own C2 modem and N1 chip for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 - New colours: Black, Silver, Glacier and Burgundy
What did not change: the 6.3 inch and 6.9 inch screen sizes, 12GB RAM, 256GB starting storage, the 48MP telephoto with 4x zoom, the 18MP front camera, the Action button and Camera Control. The phones are slightly heavier. Apple also raised US launch prices by about 100 dollars over the iPhone 17 Pro models, so Pakistani prices are higher too. See today's price on each model page.
iPhone 18 expected price in Pakistan
Many people search "iphone 18 expected price" or "iphone 18 pro max expected price in pakistan". For the launched models there is no need to guess: the current Non PTA box pack price of every storage option (256GB, 512GB, 1TB and 2TB) is shown on the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and iPhone Duo pages. Prices follow the dollar rate, so they can move up or down. For the base iPhone 18, reports say Apple plans to keep the US starting price close to the iPhone 17, but nothing is official until the spring 2027 launch. Remember that if you register the phone, the PTA tax is extra and is not included in a Non PTA price; see PTA tax on iPhone 18 (PTA Tax on iPhone 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max and iPhone Duo in Pakistan (2026)).
iPhone Duo: Apple's first foldable
The iPhone Duo is the phone people searched as "iPhone Fold", "iPhone 18 Fold" or "iPhone Ultra". It opens like a book into a 7.6 inch screen and has a 5.4 inch cover screen, both 120Hz. It uses the same A20 Pro chip, has two 48MP rear cameras, Touch ID in the side button instead of Face ID, and is eSIM only. Read our full explainer: iPhone Duo, iPhone Fold or iPhone Ultra?
