iPhone 18 Pro Max Price in Pakistan

The iPhone 18 Pro Max is the top model of Apple's 2026 line-up. Apple announced it on 9 September 2026 next to the iPhone 18 Pro, and it went on sale worldwide on 18 September. So yes, the iPhone 18 Pro Max has launched, and Non PTA box pack units reached Pakistani shops within days. This guide explains what is new, which storage and color to pick, and how the Non PTA price compares with the PTA approved price.

What is new in the iPhone 18 Pro Max

• A20 Pro chip: Apple's first 2 nm iPhone chip, with a 6-core CPU, a 7-core GPU and a faster Neural Engine. Apple says graphics are up to 40% faster than the iPhone 17 Pro.
• Bigger vapor chamber: three times the surface area of last year's, so the phone holds high speed longer in PUBG, Genshin and long 4K recordings.
• Variable aperture main camera: the 48MP Fusion main camera can open from f/1.48 to f/4.0. Wide open it gathers much more light at night; closed down it gives sharper close-ups and more natural background blur.
• Battery life: up to 45 hours of video playback, six hours more than the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The SIM-tray model carries a 5,391 mAh battery.
• Faster charging: about 50% in 15 minutes with a 60W USB-C adapter, plus 25W MagSafe and Qi2 wireless charging.
• Apple C2 modem: Apple's own 5G modem replaces Qualcomm, with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 through the Apple N1 chip.
• Redesigned Dynamic Island that can show up to three Live Activities at once.

Display, design and size

The screen is a 6.9 inch LTPO OLED with ProMotion (1 to 120Hz), Always-On and up to 3000 nits outdoors, so it stays readable in Pakistani summer sunlight. The aluminium unibody has Ceramic Shield 2 on the front and IP68 water resistance. At about 249 g it is a big, heavy phone.

Camera

All three rear cameras are 48MP: main, ultra-wide and a 4x tetraprism telephoto that also gives an 8x optical-quality zoom. Video goes up to 4K 120fps Dolby Vision with ProRes support. The 18MP Center Stage front camera can take landscape selfies while you hold the phone upright. For weddings, low light and zoom shots, this is the best camera Apple has made.

Which storage should you buy?

• 256GB: enough for most people who use iCloud or Google Photos.
• 512GB: best value for heavy users, gamers and people who shoot a lot of 4K video.
• 1TB: for content creators who record long 4K 120fps or ProRes clips.
• 2TB: only for professionals who keep huge video libraries on the phone.

The price of every storage size is listed above in the variant table.

Colors

The iPhone 18 Pro Max comes in four colors: Black, Silver, Glacier (a light ice blue) and Burgundy (a deep dark cherry red). Burgundy is the new signature color and is the most searched in Pakistan, while Black and Silver are the safest for resale.

iPhone 18 Pro Max vs iPhone 17 Pro Max

The 18 Pro Max adds the A20 Pro chip, the variable aperture camera, the C2 modem, around six hours more video playback and faster wired charging. If you already own a 17 Pro Max the jump is modest; if you have a 15 Pro Max or older, the upgrade is large.

iPhone 18 Pro Max vs iPhone 18 Pro

Both share the A20 Pro chip and the three 48MP cameras. The Pro Max has the 6.9 inch screen (the Pro is 6.3 inch), a bigger battery and the best battery life, but it is heavier and costs more.

iPhone 18 Pro Max vs Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra

The S26 Ultra gives you a 200MP main camera, an S Pen and 60W charging. The iPhone 18 Pro Max wins on video quality, long software updates, resale value and sustained gaming.

Non PTA price vs PTA approved price

The PTA approved price is what Apple's distributor Mercantile charges for locally registered units, and it already includes all duties. Our units are 100% genuine Non PTA (factory unlocked) international stock in sealed boxes, which is why the Non PTA price is far lower. A local Pakistani SIM works for a limited time only; after that you must register the phone with PTA through DIRBS and pay the PTA tax (lower on passport, higher on CNIC) to keep using local SIM cards. Wi-Fi, iCloud, Apple ID, the camera and every other feature work permanently without registration. Some people call these phones Non Custom or JV. If you want local SIM use for life, add the PTA tax to the Non PTA price and compare it with the PTA approved price.

Buying tips

• Ask for a sealed Non Custom / Non PTA box pack and check the IMEI on the box matches the phone.
• Check whether the unit is physical SIM + eSIM or eSIM-only (US, Canada and Gulf units have no SIM tray).
• The box has the phone and a USB-C cable only, no charger; a 40W or higher USB-C adapter gives the fastest charging.
