The Infinix Smart 9 is a smart choice for students and light users who want a smooth screen without spending much. In the Infinix Smart series (Infinix Smart phones) it was one of the first models with a 120Hz panel and a Dynamic Bar notification area around the selfie camera.
The 6.7-inch IPS LCD has HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and an always-on display option. The MediaTek Helio G81 is a step up from the Helio G36 in older Smart phones, with two Cortex-A75 cores and a Mali-G52 GPU. With 4GB RAM and Android 14 Go edition it runs WhatsApp, YouTube, online classes and light games well. Storage can be expanded with a microSD card.
The 13MP rear camera is fine for daylight photos and document scans, and the 8MP front camera handles video calls. Stereo speakers make videos louder than on most phones at this level, and the 3.5mm headphone jack stays. The 5000mAh battery lasts a full day, though the 10W charging is slow. IP54 means it survives dust and light splashes.
We sell the PTA Patch Approved international variant in box pack condition. This phone is PTA Patch Approved, so a local SIM works. Browse 120Hz mobiles (120Hz Mobiles) or read what PTA status means (How to Check PTA Status of Any Mobile Phone).
